Case study 02 · AI agents · Fintech · DenmarkTalVagt

An AI bookkeeper that works around the clock for Danish small businesses.

TalVagt reads invoices from the inbox, drafts the journal entry and posts it to the accounting system once the owner approves. Wanile engineered the agent system behind its first version, working with founder Samim Yousefi.

The brief

Bookkeeping takes hours every week. TalVagt wanted an assistant that does the routine work in the background, keeps the owner in control and respects Danish and EU data rules.

What we built
An orchestrator agent that hands work to a dedicated bookkeeping agent.
Inbox reading through Microsoft Outlook and posting into e-conomic.
Computer Use with live browser streaming for steps that need a real browser.
Pattern memory on pgvector, so every approval improves the next suggestion.
A human approval step: nothing is posted without a click.
GDPR scrubbing that removes personal data before anything reaches the AI.
The hard partLetting AI touch real accounting data safely. The answer was a strict approval step, memory that learns from every approval, and personal-data scrubbing before any model call.
